Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tallwatch (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Monitor endpoints you do not own or have explicit permission to probe.
• Use the Service to launch denial-of-service attacks or to circumvent rate limits.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted in writing.
• Upload unlawful content or infringe the rights of any third party.

4. Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Free tiers are provided under a public, dated policy and may change with notice, but we will not retroactively remove access you currently depend on without warning.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. Monitoring is a best-effort signal and should not be your only safeguard against downtime. Any committed uptime targets, if applicable, are stated in a separate service-level agreement.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Tallwatch and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service normally.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for risk to the Service, or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service stops and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention window.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses arising from missed or delayed alerts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
