A follow-up that someone claimed it, so later steps can stop. If you never click the link, the next step still fires.
Click through. Inbox rules that auto-archive alerts will hide this.
Resolve
A recover mail so the thread is not a cliffhanger the next morning.
Nobody. If this is your only channel, the resolve is how you learn you slept through the open.
